Yes. Searching and booking are free for patients. You pay the doctor or clinic for the visit, at the clinic.
Share your location once or choose your city, and doctors and clinics are listed nearest first, with their free times, fees and ratings on every card.
Reviews come from patients who actually visited, and an average rating is shown only after four reviews, so one opinion cannot decide a score.
Yes. Add family members as profiles in your account and book for each of them from one login.
Yes. You can move or cancel an appointment yourself, within the clinic’s own rules, which are shown when you book.
Yes. You get a reminder a day before and another an hour before your appointment.
They reach your phone after the visit and stay in your Vaidyara account, together with your visit history and any exercise or diet plan your doctor gave you.
Each clinic’s records are kept apart from every other clinic’s in the database itself. Files open only through short-lived links, access is logged, and the Privacy Notice explains your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
